In the Notification schemes section, you can filter by Name and Projects. As you can see, all issue types display an individual ID.
Editing notification schemes
When editing a notification scheme by clicking on the name or adding a new one, it can be filtered by Event, Single User, Groups, Project Role, Single Email Address, User Custom Field Value, Group Custom Field Value, Current Assignee, Reporter, Current User, Project Lead, Component Lead, and All Watchers.
