For each marketing campaign, which is tracked in a separate issue, budgets and actual costs are tracked in individual custom number fields. To group the results by their campaign end date, we use a custom date field called End date.

For this project the Filter âMarketing Campaignsâ contains the entire project, and was defined in advance.
To compare the budget and cost, select Budget and Costs.
Group the results by End Date to ensure the costs are correctly grouped. End Date is a custom date field that must also be created.
For a quarterly view, there are only four entries. Therefore, the default option of 10 rows is enough.
The gadget will only refresh when you reload it if Do you want to refresh your data every 15 minutes? is not checked.

Select All-time.
To view each quarter separately, select Quarterly.
Add a table with key/value pairs in order to display its data on another page or doc using the Page Properties Report macro. |
