Use case

Get a weekly overview of the upcoming issues due for each assignee.

Prerequisites

The filter for the project you would like to get an overview of has to be populated in advance.

Configuration

Which issues do you want to analyze?

For this project the Filter “My project” contains the entire project and was defined in advance.

Which field do you want to sum up?

To display the issues per assignee, select the field Issues.

Which field do you want to see on the x-Axis?

To see how many issues are due each day, select Due Date.

Which field do you want to see on the y-Axis?

Select Assignee to ensure that each column shows a member of the team.

How many rows do you want to display per page?

If there are ten or fewer colleagues, the default option of 10 rows is sufficient. 

Choose additional options

To be able to directly see the issues for each assignee, check the additional option Do you want to include links to the issue navigator?

Which time period do you want to display as default?

For an up-to-date overview, select Current week.

You can tweak the date options on top of the gadget at any time without breaking your configurations. 

Which default date aggregation level do you choose?

To view each day separately, select Daily.
