The Configuration Quick Search feature enables you to jump directly to any system entity in the Jira instance. It allows you to easily search for system entities by Name, ID, or Key. Additionally, all elements are listed with their respective ID and grouped under their configuration area for quick reference.
G + X provides access to Jira configuration. This allows you to quickly navigate to configuration overview pages and search for specific configuration elements, projects, and schemes.
This feature, unlike the default admin search, allows you to directly search for configuration elements like Schemes, Projects, or Custom Fields. Results are grouped by type and display each element's ID. Clicking a result takes you directly to the relevant administration page with pre-filtered details.
