All workflow tabs, except for triggers and properties, feature a dedicated Copy Transition/Element toolbar. This toolbar is always visible, even if no elements such as conditions, validators, and post functions have been configured yet. Copy & paste workflow elements from other workflows / transitions
This applies to Conditions, Validators, and Post Functions. Only transitions containing elements will be displayed, simplifying the selection process. You can reset your selection in the toolbar with a click on the X.
Directly copy and paste elements to the current transition
Click the copy icon to directly copy a specific workflow condition, validator, or post function and add it to the bottom of the list in the current transition. New conditions will be added at the end of a group, or to the bottom of the conditions list if no groups are configured.
