OverviewThis feature allows administrators to get an overview of existing workflows in your system, including the number of validators, conditions, and post functions used and grouped by apps. View workflows, transition attributes, workflow attributes, and errors by switching tabs. |
Access the Workflow Report by navigating to Administration → Issues → Workflow Report in Jira.

Workflow tab
Lists The main workflow view lists all apps contributing to workflows, categorized by validators, conditions, and post functions.
By clicking on the numbers, you can filter to see only the workflows that meet those specific conditions. Refreshing the page will clear this filter.
You can view workflows in a detailed format or in a simplified overview.
Search and filter workflows by Name, XML, or Description, and by their status (Active, Draft, Inactive).
If there are more than 10 workflows displayed based on your filters, the results will be divided across multiple pages.
Navigate through these pages using the controls at the bottom, where you can also adjust how many workflows are displayed on each page.
Workflow Attribute Report tab
Offers This tab offers a detailed overview of the validators, conditions, transitions, and post functions utilized in the workflows.
Error tab
All workflow-related errors caused by apps are shown here.
For instance, an error might be displayed if a deactivated post function is still being used in a workflow.
