provides access to Jira configuration. This allows you to quickly navigate to configuration overview pages and search for specific configuration elements, projects, and schemes.

The Configuration Quick Search feature enables you to jump directly to any

system entity

configuration element in the Jira instance.

The advanced global search feature

e.g. Projects, Schemes, or Custom Fields.It allows you to easily search for

system entities

configuration elements by

name

Name, ID, or

key, saving you time

Key. Additionally, all elements are listed with their respective ID and grouped under their configuration area for quick reference.

Clicking on any of the filtered items will redirect you to the specific configuration page, with the pre-selected filter that you chose.

It is accessed by pressing G + X.

This feature, unlike the default admin search, allows you to directly search for configuration elements like Schemes, Projects, or Custom Fields. Results are grouped by type and display each element's ID. You can also search by IDs. Clicking a result takes you directly to the relevant administration page with pre-filtered details.
